Great opportunity to join your community in the fresh air for this year's march.
Timeline/Schedule:
10 am-11 am: setup and sign-making.
Please join us between the Bea Evenson Fountain and the Natural History Museum to help in any of these ways:
* make 'Ban glyphosate' (or whatever you want to say) signs (materials provided) for yourself or other adults or children.
* bring some ready-made signs to give away to increase visibility of the marchers.
* use our clipboard and allow others to sign petition to our representatives to support AB 700 ("California Disclose Act") to require transparent/simple TV political ad disclosure.
* hand out flyers about the health risks/dangers of GMOs.
11 am-12 noon = speakers.
12 noon = march/walk. Two routes: 1.5 or 3.5 miles.
Parking is free and at 10 am plentiful. There is free parking behind the Reuben H. Fleet Science Center. There is free parking between the fountain, Natural History Museum and the Carousel.
