Data Collection and Use

MAA uses digital advertising tools and practices in alignment with its mission. The organization primarily employs Google advertising technologies and Google Analytics. Server and database storage includes IP addresses, navigation patterns, software information, and time spent on site. This data is not personally identifying and is used internally for traffic analysis only.

MAA may also use information collected through its website, petitions, newsletters, donations, registrations, surveys, and other communications to provide information about MAA's programs, advocacy, events, educational resources, fundraising activities, and other matters that may be of interest to subscribers and supporters.

Personally Identifiable Information

User-provided information on forms is used for statistical purposes only and is not published for general access. MAA assumes no responsibility for information security.

MAA may use personally identifiable information submitted through its forms, including contact information, such as name, mailing address, email address and information regarding a user's interests or engagement with MAA with our affiliated 501(c)(4), Moms Across America Movement ("Yes MAAM"), for their internal operational, communications, fundraising, advocacy, and programmatic purposes.

MAA does not authorize Yes MAAM to use shared information for purposes inconsistent with the reason for the disclosure and may require protection of the information and use in accordance with applicable law. MAA does not sell personal information in exchange for money; however, certain disclosures of information may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or other regulated disclosure under applicable privacy law.

Google Analytics & Google Signals

We use Google Analytics, including Google Signals, to collect information about how visitors use our site. This may include data about your interactions across devices as well as demographic and interest information when available. All data is aggregated and anonymized. We do not receive information that personally identifies you. Users can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.

Mobile Messaging Privacy

Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information collected by Moms Across America^® are used solely to deliver the text messages you have requested and are never sold, rented, or shared with outside organizations.
