School District Goes 100% Organic

After a group of determined parents presented glyphosate testing results to the school board, the Irvine Unified School District committed to transitioning all school meals to certified organic within two years. Student health complaints dropped significantly in the first semester.

Boulder County, Colorado

County-Wide Pesticide Ban on Public Land

Residents petitioned and won a comprehensive ban on synthetic pesticides in all county parks, playgrounds, and public spaces. The county now uses organic land management practices, and neighboring counties are following suit.
