Letter from Our Founding Executive Director
The impact of our work has never been more clear: “Make America Healthy Again” is a dominating narrative in the national conversation. A federal bill, the Safe School Meals Act of 2024, has been introduced as a direct result of your support.
Many Americans are now focusing on removing pesticides, fluoride from the water, artificial food dyes, industrial chemicals, seed oils, and toxins from our food. Decades of work from thousands of people is coming to fruition.
What must be said, from every fiber of my being, is that I am deeply, incredibly grateful to be able to do this work. The past thirteen years have been meaningful, tumultuous, thrilling, and wonderful.

Food Testing Breakthroughs
Moms Across America initiated the first glyphosate testing in America and expanded to a wide array of contaminants, testing over 40 food samples in 2025.

Found to be loaded with heavy metals and pesticides, despite General Mills declaring a commitment to regenerative agriculture. Picked up by hundreds of news outlets.

Positive for glyphosate. 2,4-D (in Agent Orange) was the second most prevalent contaminant. Some products exceeded FDA gluten limits by 10x.

Policy Impact
Safe School Meals Act of 2024
Senator Cory Booker's office introduced the Safe School Meals Act — a direct result of our 2022 school lunch testing that found pesticides, heavy metals, and veterinary drugs in 100% of samples.
EPA Endocrine Disruptor Review
After meeting with the EPA alongside Dr. Michelle Perro and other experts, the EPA announced it is reviewing the endocrine-disrupting effects of all pesticides on human health.
Baby Formula in the Baby Food Safety Act
After presenting baby formula testing data to the FDA, CNN reported the head of the Human Foods Program requested Congress include baby formula in the Baby Food Safety Act.
Farm-to-School Funding
The Biden administration announced $15 million in new funding for farm-to-school programs and organic milk in schools — building on the awareness created by our school lunch testing.
