The city of Prescott has been celebrating the World's Oldest Rodeo for 127 years which draws huge crowds from all over. The last day includes a July 4th celebration parade (on July 5 this year) around the old downtown courthouse square. Both locals and tourists line the streets for the festivities. The parade starts at 9AM at the intersection of Willis st and Cortez st. Meet at 8 AM at staging area which goes East down Willis Street. Parking is available all through the neighboring residential areas. If coming in to Prescott from 69, it is recommend to take Sheldon St rather than Gurley St and once you pass Mt Vernon Ave, start looking for parking.
