Santa Cruz / Aptos, CA July 4th Parade to Label GMOs

HEY SANTA CRUZ - LET'S MARCH!
Will you March with us July 4th to bring awareness about GMOs?

We are joining with a big country-wide march called Moms Across America March (MAAM) to encourage eating SAFE food & GMO Labeling. (You don't have to be a mom to join in on the fun, and pet moms and pets are welcome too!)

We would love for people of all ages to join us! Kids can ride tricycles, in wagons, or scooters!


HERE'S THE DETAILS:
MEETING TIME: We meet on July 4th between 9:30 and 9:45 am
Meet up with us at somewhere along the line up starting by Wells Fargo Bank on Soquel Ave. in Aptos. The line-up from that street then extends back along Mesa Drive all the way to Vienna Drive. Vienna Drive is located off of Soquel Ave.

We will have a Moms Across America March banner and signs. Look for the 4 foot high Statue of Liberty in a wagon.
PARKING: last year, most of us parked at the Church across the street from Wells Fargo

WHY DO WE MARCH?
Marches like this are bringing awareness to the public, many of whom had no idea of what a GMO is or how much Pesticides & poison is really in conventional food.


WE ARE MAKING A DIFFERENCE! 
The July 4th MAAM march will be an opportunity for so many people from the Santa Cruz area to learn about GMOs all at once! And remember...MONSANTO’S GREATEST ENEMY IS AN INFORMED PUBLIC!
