Come one, come all and meet some of your local organic farmers! Organic means no GMO, and all the farmers here use organic practices. No pesticides! Farmers are offering farm tours, as well as some fun activities including a U-Pick vegetable patch! Have any questions about your food? Ask a farmer!
If you're interested in starting your own backyard garden, the Alameda County Master Gardeners will be at the farm too! Selling plants, and answering any gardening questions you may have.
Other activities include a cooking demonstration!
This event is at The Sunol Ag Park. The Sunol Ag Park in a unique place, a 17 acre piece of land set aside for farming, currently in use by 7 different organic farms!
