WA MAAM in the Fathoms O' Fun Parade 2015

Moms Across America and the local group GMO Awareness Community Kitsap will be in the Fathoms O' Fun Parade that lines up along Port Orchard Blvd and travels along Bay Street to Bethel. We will be passing out flyers and handing out stickers and buttons. Check in is from 3-5pm with a shuttle bus picking up people at South Kitsap Mall. I've been told we can park at Kitsap Chiropractic Clinic and the Shuttle bus has a stop at Bay Street at Bethel at the closed bank building. Our position number is 62 and right now there are 106 entries. If you don't have a Moms Across America t-shirt, please wear red, white or blue so you fit in with our theme.

We will need all the hands we can get. We have a banner and lots of flyers, buttons, bumper stickers to hand out. I have three Moms Across America bags to hold the flyers, if you have an apron with pockets, those could come in handy. We need two people on the banner and everyone else needs to make sure to keep up. You are not supposed to go backwards always forward motion. So if you have young kids, it is vital that they stick with you or another designated adult. If we don’t have enough hands then not everyone who wants a flyer will get them. We have to keep up with the parade. It goes really fast once it gets going. Thanks in advance for joining us.
