Santa Paula Labor Day Parade

Volunteer from 9:30 - 11 AM September 2nd to greet parade watchers lined up to watch the 9th Annual Labor Day Parade.  Please email Jan at [email protected] or phone 805-643-3640. We will divide up the parade route to hand out Moms Across America handouts and stickers "Save Mom's Apple Pie - No GMOs" for kids.

The families in Santa Paula are relaxed and open to conversations about GMOs. They want to learn. This is the perfect setting to reach out.

Would you like to organize a Moms Across America entry to actually BE IN THE PARADE?  Here's the flyer and application form. We have big banners and can give you names of folks to call for help. Entry form due by 8/17. We believe having volunteers meeting the parade watchers is the priority; however, if we could also be IN the parade, marching and chanting and waving, it will reinforce our offering of info to people on the sidewalks.
