March for YES ON 522 (to label GMOs) and Against Monsanto

Grassroots Volunteers for I-522 will join the worldwide March Against Monsanto on Oct. 12.  This will be similar to the MAM on May 25, but this time BRING YOUR "Yes on 522" SIGNS.  Gather at the Tivoli Fountain on the Capitol Campus (Capitol Way South, between 11th Ave. & 14th Ave. SE), rally and then march peacefully down the hill to Heritage Park/Capitol Lake, down 4th Ave., up Capitol Blvd. to Sylvester Park.  Stay on the sidewalks and cross the streets with the traffic lights.  Visitor Parking on the Capitol Campus and metered street parking in downtown Olympia are free on the weekends.
