We are a national coalition of Unstoppable Moms committed to empowering millions to educate themselves about GMOs and related pesticides, get GMOs labeled and offer GMO free and Organic solutions. And we will be marching at 4th of July parades all over the nation!

"The California State Grange and Label GMOs.org presents Moms Across America! Today moms are marching in over 150 parades around the USA to promote labeling for genetically modified food. Moms Across America is a national coalition of Unstoppable Moms marching to raise awareness about GMOs and Pesticides in our food supply. There is a direct correlation between GMO use and serious illness in our kids and moms want labels on our food!

Their motto is Empowered Moms, Healthy Kids! Join them in demanding food justice. It’s the most patriotic thing you can do for the future of our children!
We would love for you and your group walk in the parade with us and show your support.

Parade start at 9am and meet at the bus stop on the south side of City Hall!
Wear red, white and blue, bring the whole family, decorate storllers/bikes/wagons.
Sings will be available, or bring your own
Family friendly event and educating the public.

Volunteers need to pass out flyers before/during/after the parade.

The city will have games and food after at the Archer Park!

Our weekly meeting was this morning, I wasn't able to make it because we are under the weather, but things going forward for our next fundraiser! So excited!

I'm here at the Library.... study rooms were taken. I'll just be sitting on the 2nd floor (with my girls), reading articles and rewriting the notes :)

Woot! Booked Zen Honeycut from MAAM, a local Science teacher and waiting on word from UTPA and if anyone knows an organic farmer that would be available next Saturday at 11am, let me know ASAP!!

Another exciting thing is that we may the opportunity to discuss GMOs on a local radio station.... so I was on the phone with potential panelists that would be joining in the two hour segment! If anyone is interested our had someone that is very educational (professor, farmer, scientist) please me asap!!!

Other topic the meeting was things we would need for the parade. .. of anyone had connections with the following, let me know... Trailer bed n truck, Projector n screen, Band/Musicians, Possibly printing access I will be contacting a few non-gmo companies about donation/samples to pass out

Update on the meeting held this morning... we decided that if we do not raise enough find from the garage sale that wet would Donate from our own pockets and will be meeting next Wed around 10am to collect funds if need be. You can also send donations before to my PayPal... msg me for info!!

Yes, so host a garage sale in your home/town/church!! We are raising money to purchase a parade pak from Moms Across America! They are offering it FREE as long as we pay for shipping! If you'd like print your own flyers to give to everyone who gives a donation or you can contact me and I can give you some flyers! You can find flyers at momsacrossamerica.com Since I already have a banner, we just need to get the small pack! Money is due Thurs June 5th, but we need the money before then, please!
