Please Note:
 Your on-site contact person is Mark Friedman/Parade Chair.
 You will be assembling in the E-14 Parking lot on the West side of the Assembly Hall.
 Your check-in location is at the South West entrance to parking area E14 on Oak Street.
 Your reporting time is as follows: Unit Numbers (1-50) is at 9:30 AM.
Unit Numbers (51-100) is at 10:00 AM.
*****ALL UNITS THAT WISH TO BE JUDGED, MUST REPORT NO LATER THAN 9:30AM *
When you arrive at the parade staging area, please go to the “Parade Check-In” Tent (Located on Oak Street at the South West entrance to the E-14 Parking Lot) to check in and get directions to your specific staging area. The best route approach is from the south off Saint Mary’s Road. PLEASE USE THIS ENTRANCE TO GAIN ACCESS TO PARKING LOT/STAGING AREA.
Please follow the directions of the Parade Committee and Parade Marshals at all times. They are all volunteers and are there to make your parade experience enjoyable
