Our technology is crucial to our lives! But did you know that long term exposure to the electromagnetic radiation (EMR) of devices such as cell phones, laptops and ipads have been shown to cause reproductive and neurological damage and even disturb sleep? Take a step in a healthier direction by putting your devices on airplane mode most of the day. Turn off and unplug your cell phone at night or leave it in a different room (not by your bed!).
