Ann Arbor 4th of July Parade

Participant information for the parade can be found at http://www.a2jaycees.org/parade. Information for parking is included.
Line up for the parade begins at 8 am. Let’s all meet at the Diag at 8 am and go to the lineup together. I am going to bring some organic candy/ granola bars, etc. to pass out, along with some flyers. If everyone could do this, that would be great.
I did receive my shirt today, hopefully all of you did too. If not, you can download some iron- ons, so you can make your own. Hope to see you all there!

I am trying to get staging information. It appears we still do not have a leader, so I am not sure what is going on with our tshirts. How many people ordered them? I have been unsuccessful in trying to find out where our shirts are being mailed. I will be most disappointed if I don’t get my shirt for the parade. I do not have the money to buy the parade pan, but will try and print off some information from the website. If everyone else could do the same, that would be great. I will try and be at the corner of North University and State, by the Diag. from 8:00- 8:30 am. I am coming from out of town. If you don’t catch me there, I will be looking for our lineup spot. #18. I believe it is on the left side of State St. near the William St intersection. We are between the Boy Scouts and PAWS, so it should be pretty easy to find. We all have to sign a waiver, which I will have with me. Please print off some of the brochures to pass out, along with some organic goodies for the kids. If anyone has a sign, please bring it. Hope to see you all there. (I will have my T shirt on, “GMO?, we’re not buying it”)

We are #18 in the lineup for the parade. We are in between the Boy Scouts and the PAWS. Parking information is in the link shown below in a different post. Hope to see everyone there. :)

Do we have permission to march in the parade? Just wondering, since it seems we don’t have a leader and I know that the leader for March against Monsanto was arrested in Ann Arbor. Just making sure we won’t have any trouble when we get there.

We are getting ready to send out the Moms Across America t-shirts but we have no leader/address for your parade and we need to have that by today so do you have a leader in mind or an address that we can use so everyone can get their shirts on time? Hey there! After going through the list of parades, we have noticed that there are marchers, but no leader. We were wondering if there was any way someone could step up and become the leader so it is possible to march during the Fourth of July parade.
