Did you know Enlist Duo, which is half Glyphosate (Roundup) and half 2,4-D (a chemical in Agent Orange)

has been APPROVED to be sprayed in six Mid West states and is pending approval for 10 more?

The EPA has approved the registration of the herbicide in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Ohio, South Dakota and Wisconsin. 10 other states are pending approval: Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, M ississippi, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Tennessee and North Dakota.

Both of these chemical mixtures have been proven to be highly toxic on their own...yet the EPA and manufacturers, Monsanto and Dow Chemical continue to claim they are safe, and encourage farmers to use these chemicals pre planting on the soil, directly on GMO crops genetically engineered to withstand them during the growing season and even to spray Glyphosate as a drying agent pre harvest, on non GMO and Non Organic food,to speed up harvest. These chemicals do not dry, wash or cook off!!! We eat them! They also drift for miles into our school yards where our children play!

Moms Across America has spoken to mothers in Hawaii with children who go to schools within a few hundred from fields sprayed several times a day with chemicals and they report "nearly every child in our school has asthma". Mothers and Doctors report increases in illness and birth defects in their communities, like Cordoba, Argentina, where surrounding GMO fields sprayed with toxic chemicals are harming children and people around the world.

It is time to stand up for our children and STOP the harm and contamination of our children and pollution of our planet!

Please do these three things:

1.Ask your PTA to say "NOT IN MY SCHOOL YARD" and to speak up at your school Board and insist that pesticides and herbicides are not sprayed on your school ground OR within 5-20 miles of your school on neighboring farms, playgrounds or city streets. Every School Board must allow each person to speak for 3 minutes. Go with 6 moms, speak up! Submit a letter showing harm (studies on Moms Across America DATA page) and DO NOT GIVE UP until they agree to protect children over chemical company profit and STOP SPRAYING TOXINS, especially Glyphosate. You can POST an event on our Events page called for instance, "Arkansas Moms- Not in MY School Yard Group" and GATHER local moms! The only way you can connect on MAA is if someone hosts an event! Be The One!

2. Call, mail and email the EPA and demand they revoke the liscense of Glyphosate ( which is up for review and a 15 year approval NOW).

This would elimniate the use of Enlist Duo because it contains glyphosate.
