How to Start a Group

How Can I Help, Plan an Event, Host a Moms Meetup or Gather a Group to March?

  1. Host a Moms Meetup by posting your event on and clicking on "Events". You can expand your reach by posting a flyer at a coffee shop or health food store and/or listing on and Facebook too if you like. After you post you will get an email with a code for a free box of materials, which will contain an agenda to help your meeting run smoothly.  We will share in a circle, have the conference call and then support each other and take action in our communities. It's times for Moms to bring health back to our families!
  2. Have a Movie Night In! Call your friends and invite them over to watch Robyn O'Brien's Ted Talk above and Genetic Roulette, either the 10 minute verison or full length. Serve GMO Free chips, snacks, and organic fruit to show them it can be done!
  3. Email the Robyn O'Brien video to your PTA, church group, scout leader or book club and ask them to watch it. Then invite them for a full version movie viewing at their location, library or community center.
  4. Or, follow up with an email to invite them to have a speaker come to them. Contact us or your state leader for excellent speakers who will bring GMO info flyers. Contact us through the MAA FB page for your state leader.
  5. GMO FREE Ladies Tea! Invite your friends to your home for GMO Free snacks and  daytime chat about GMOs. You can share what you know, show a video or invite a speaker. Connecting with others about this is a beautiful thing because we are coming from love. It's easy and feels great!
  6. Just SHARE! Share your personal experience and what you know. It doesn't have to be perfect. Facebook, Twitter, call and talk. Start with one friend, then another. Each person knows hundreds. Each person matters.  Thank you!

Click on the links below for more info:

If you share with just 10 people and they each share with 5 who each share with 5 and they share with 5. You will be personally responsible for 1270 people finding out about GMOs. If they all spend $200 a week on organic food, you will have caused over a 13 million dollar shift to organic food per year in your local area!

You can do this. We can do this!

Great ideas and I’d love to implement some. I’d love to have a poster that has a date that can be filled in since this one is way out of date so that I can hang it in local Panera Bread shops.

We have an annual Labor Day parade in Newtown CT. All state representatives show up and I would love to have a NON-GMO group of supporters in the parade. I talk to people all the time about what’s in their food and the problems GMOS and pesticides are having on our environment and the damage it’s causing for the future of our planet and our children and grandchildren. Some listen, some don’t care. I want EVERYONE to care!!! Please send me an email to help set up a meeting or group to help and to get people to march in the parade!!! Or someone I can talk to about how to go about doing this.

    Thank you!

I would like to bring to your attention the 2015 Idaho Liberty Expo & Film Festival that will be held August 13-15 in Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho (border city to Spokane, WA).

The event will feature an Expo Exhibit Hall, film screenings, speaker presentations and debates.

Friday August 14th will focus on health freedom, food freedom, preparedness and quasi-related issues.

We are currently working on putting together a debate on GMOs as it is such an important issue to all of us. We have invited Monsanto to the debate, although at this point they have not responded to us.

If there are any NON GMO speakers that would like to speak at this event please contact me at:

Saturday August 15th will focus on civil liberty and quasi-related issues.

We invite Non GMO organizations, groups and individuals to check out our event.

There is still space in our our exhibit hall if any NON GMO organizations would like to become an exhibitor. Click here for exhibitor information:

We also have advertising opportunities in our event program book, an 8-1/2 × 11 full color, comb-bound publication. Click here for Expo program book advertising:

If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact me.
